Following the success of last year’s event, ��۴�ý will stage a bigger, better Oktoberfest celebration on the historic grounds of the Senior College on Saturday, October 19 from 4pm to 8pm. Oktoberfest spokesperson and Parent Connect president, Alice Prince, said anyone with an interest in the Germanic culture and fun should attend the community-centred event at the College’s Stephen Street campus. “We learnt a lot from last year’s event, and we will be returning with a greater array of traditional German activities including a wurst competition with many of our entrants using family recipes that have been in use for more than 100 years,” Mrs Prince said.

��۴�ý clinches rare title double at swim meet!

Thursday 13 April

��۴�ý clinched a rare double in the process of claiming city dominance in the pool during the recent QCIS interschool swimming championships. The ��۴�ý Turbo Jets swim team topped both the aggregate and the percentage points – the first time the school has achieved that on its way to winning the overall title.
